Negligence in CMJAH labor wards

This is the field of the survival of the fittest, nurses are negligent, no remorse. My wife was in pain for more than 24 hours, neglected and only to be attended the third day whilst in labor pains. Nurses would just force her to sit still on a chair, telling her the the labor pain doesn't matter. Watching in turmoil while gossiping and debating next to her risking my unborn baby's life. The stuff in such wards are literally cruel individuals with no sympathy. I hope the reap what they sow.
