Most disgusting service

If it were possible that I rate the negative 100 I would from the security guard at the door to the nurses inside the wards most of them do not know to interact with people. From my experience if a person is critical sick seeing family and people that care about them helps them fight better to live. I have been to hospitals from KZN Durban General to Grooteskuur in Cape Town nd I have to say I am utterly disappointed by the service you receive in that hospital breaks my heart as a tax payer to receive such service not once not twice but three times. 1 I was told by the cashier that even though my ID says m South African m still a foreigner nd need to pay a fee paid by foreigners as far as I know I was born nd breed in South Africa non the less I didn't want to cause havoc nd risk not being medically treated. Secondly the security guards and the door and the gates are too narrow minded which makes me question if they are educated or programmed. Thirdly the way the sister spoke to us and about us to her colleagues was disrespectful and full of undermining. This hospital should be listed as a jail not even a correctional service. Only two people are allowed to visit a patient not at a time but a whole day. You have a family of 10 that only 2 a day are suppose to visit you so if there are 5 of you only 2 people can see that patient. Hence my analysis that it's a jail cause even correctional services allows a number of visits and group visits. Even Baragwanath that is claimed to have the worst service they are 180% better than Charlotte Maxeke and they go against everything that Mama Charlotte Maxeke stood for maybe if they read more about the name of the person they are carrying they can find it in them to do better for now they are falling on the Batho Pele principle and their oaths to treat people fairly nd in a human manner
