Miss Molopiane from Wits Dental Clinic’s Disgusting behaviour!!!

Extremely disgusted with the service I received today. I waited over 3 hours for a chair cause I was told the chairs at Polly 3 or whatever ward that was is not working . A second year student by the name of Yonda Mfene who was meant to assist me with the cleaning procedure explained theory things and was more focused on her exam than attending to the patient they did ALL the post cleaning explanations and she eventually ran out of things to do to keep me busy I was kept waiting from 9 till 12 at 12 the supervisor by the name of Molopiane told me that there’s gonna be loadshedding so I need to come back another day, I told her I took leave only for today and I will not be able to come anytime soon to which she said well she’s not available on Saturday she works elsewhere , they’re actually extremely eager for the power to go off they anticipate that to skip their daily duties . I asked to wait and see if the electricity’ will indeed go off cause I stay far to which it didn’t , this student is lovely , she kept apologising but practically she really struggles with her job I have never in my whole life experienced this much pain while cleaning . I kept telling her she’s hurting my gums , they kept telling her it’s knock off gome (electricity did NOT go off by the way) Molopiane has he bags backed ready by 12:50 she told the student to rinse and just polish EVERYTHING was done in such a rush , the pain was excruciating, I was told to stay with the white stuff and see myself through cause they were rushing this young lady so much . She kept apologising to me for firstly waiting and now this disgusting behaviour from her so called senior.

Miss Molopiane is VERY condescending, she does NOT respect patients let alone her juniors she was ordering the girls around to her favour and what mattered to her was knocking off and less about patients . She’s very unprofessional, I took pictures for evidence because I cannot honestly believe how condescending this woman was . It’s disgusting we pay for these services !!!She must stop treating people with so much attitude!
