Horrific

As we arrived we were told to join the que at casualties, waiting in this que for 45 min with no one attending to our needs with about 9 people in the que. In the 45 min we were waiting no one help anyone in the que as to when we started asking where we should go to which we were told that we needed to open a while which we then were sent from one person to another trying to open a file... Having to wait another 10 min due to the consultant looks at us but still continues on WhatsApp on her phone laughing at us!!!!!! When searching for bathroom I had found that absolutely NONE of the restrooms has toilet paper which I asked reception and was told by the lady that it wasn't her responsibility for toilet paper and then told me I had to ask the security for loo paper and then was told it wasnt her responsibility either... I'm honestly disgusted by the service and help in this hospital has no customer care what so ever. Due to the pandemic of COVID-19 to find there is no toilet paper or even soap or hand sanitizer in the restroom... I am horrified by this....
