Grateful, but Wow It Is Bad

I was moved from a private hospital to JHB Gen in April, CCU. I am most grateful for receiving care, an angiogram and stent for free. However, the care and the hygiene were a problem. I contracted violent diarrhoea and sadly there were a few splatters on the floor - which remained there for over a day. I had a ****roach on my bed. The sisters only give you water when you get tablets, despite being dehydrated from the diarrhoea and the doctor ordering them to give me water. Some sisters were friendly, some were horrible and you had to beg for help. One woman professing to be a doctor started a racial issue with another patient opposite me. The food, I think the cooks were having a competition how to make good food taste horrible, even simple vegetables were inedible. Then, the 1-week checkup after discharge, I was simply asked which soccer team I support (!) and let go without any testing (I was told that due to understaffing they basically just check I'm still alive) - I have to wait 6 months for a "checkup". The meds they gave me, the blood pressure tablets have caused me hypotension which I've managed to settle by halving my dosage. So while I am grateful for the care, the care needs a lot of help.
