Goverment Hospitals not assisting

i am a single parent to my son whom resided with his late father in PTA up, his father unfortunately passed away in a motor vehicle accident and i am struggling to get refferal letters from 3 separate hospitals in order to get my son professional assistance he is ADHD and the school is having problems with him Charlotte Maxeke wants me to make a appointment to come and bring my child after telling me last week they cannot assist Steve Biko i asked for a refferal letter and they only send a document with his medication he is using Then Tara, they cannot assist as they need the documentation from the previous hospital which i am struggling to get, i do not have transport nor can i take off so frequent as i started a new job last year july , how do i get help where do i get help must i rather declare myself unfit let my son become the goverment's problem??????? i need HELP
