Filthy state of Charlotte Maxeke Hospital

I had a scope done in Charlotte Maxeke Hospital today. I never have a problem with the Doctors. In saying that I was taken from one section to another with each little or bigger room I passed. Each room was terribly filthy with debris and cocroaches. One room worse than the other. The "change room/toilet" where we had to change into gowns for our procedures was disgustingly dirty. You can't get to the toilet (with no seat) with urine on the floor dirt stamped into the urine. It is unfortunately totally disgusting. You can't go to any toilet as they are not kept clean and hygienic. The whole experience was unacceptable and revolting.
