Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Hospital

On the 5th Jan 2021, my daughter went for her admission for Renal problems as per her doctor's orders, she has been a patient there for more than 2 years. Her dad and younger sister took her there, she can't walk, and was in a wheelchair. They were advised to go open a file for her, my younger daughter went to open a file for her, and was assisted by a male employee, he asked her where her sister works, and the girl told her that she is not working, this man started shouting and humiliating my daughter that she is lying and that she is a ********* with her sister because the system shows that the sister is working for a car dealership, my daughter explained to this man that, yes she was working but now she is not working because she can't even walk, she is sitting in a wheelchair and their dad is pushing her around. This man was so loud insulting my daughter thay they are both **********, and if the patient is not working, she must bring a 6 months bank statement and a letter stating that she is unemployed. I cried yesterday because my daughter isn't well, she doesn't deserve that humiliation from a person who is suppose to welcome patients at such a huge institution. Please help me raise this with superiors of this hospital. My daughter couldn't get his name, but she can identify him.
