CHARLOTTE MAXEKE financial exploitation of elderly people

I am not happy with how my mother was assisted at Charlotte Maxeke , she was told to bring her ID, bank statement, proof of address and referral letter nothing else for an eye check up. when she gets there she is told that every time she comes for an eye check up she should bring R90 but when I call in to enquire I am told it's free, why do people play with out parents, is it because there are indeed of the services that you know they will do what ever it takes for them to feel better, I am never going to stop until they better their service or make some changes, investigate what happens in hospitals because this is really unexpectable.
