Bedsores acquired from charlotte maxeke Johannesburg hospital

My uncle Mr Jonas Mphuthi got admitted on the 15th of november 2019 for prostate cancer at Charlotte maxeke hospital. He went there fully mobile and his skin was intact and health. He was admitted at ward 386.After the operation he stayed there for w weeks. They were not turning and rubbing him since he was restricted due to post operative wound. When they discharged him he had an unstagable deep oozing bedsore with so much purulent exudate. When we as family asked that they treat the wound since he came to the hospital wothout it they refused. Now he's being treated at home and the expenses for the dressing materials and medications are too much. Now we are afraid that the sacral bedsore will **** him as it is septic and he's not getting effective medical treatment. Please hellopeter you are our last hope.
