Bad service at Hospital for very sick patient

Good day, On the 11th of October 2017 a very dear friend of mine went to Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Hospital as he was very sick. His doctor referred him to hospital as he suspected that he might have gangrene. He, together with his two sisters arrived at 8h00 at the hospital where they opened a file for him (file nr GT ********** 7) Patient Mr Melvin Page, DOB 05-03-1973. a Doctor assisted him at 11h19 and all test were done by 13h34. He was admitted at 14h00. He arrived in the ward at 17h25 where sister Dudu told him that there are no beds available and that they will phone him when a bed becomes available. a Prescription for Panados was given at 17h50 which was to be collected at the chemist, by that time the chemist was closed already. Sister Dudu told them that she will phone them the next day after 12h00 if there are any beds available. Up until now, no one has phoned......Mr Page's sister is phoning everyday and they send her from pillar to post and on two occasions dropped the phone. Mr Page is suffering at home with the pain so intensely that he cannot even eat. The question arises, why was he admitted in the first place when there was no beds available?
