APPALLING SERVICE

Hello Peter , I'd like to express the disappointment I and my 14 year old daughter experienced after she and her Mother were turned away from Charlotte Maxeke by two people namely Keletso Zwane and Belinda Van de Klerk and the reason for turing them away was that they only accept 30 patients per day and this was related to the at 10am this morning. On the same day the president is delivering his SONA , the people entrusted with delivery the same service he'll be promising to the Nation , are actually acting counter what service delivery is meant to be. I would like this escalated to the highest office in government , between the president's office and the health department , to say it's pointless for the president to have all these beautiful plans , while the public servants are not on sync with those plans , I think they should spend their energy in sorting out the people entrusted with the responsibility of delivering those services more than any thing else because that's where the bottle neck to Service Delivery sits.
