QUESTIONABLE ETHICS. WORK WITH THE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I partnered with Charlim Consulting in 2022 for them to help with financials audit of our clients as and when we require. We’ve had good working relationship until recently when I deposited our client audit money into their old account that I unfortunately did not realise it is no longer being used and that their quotation reflected different banking details. I became aware when they responded to my email on which I had sent proof of payment indicating that they’ve not received the money. I immediately contacted our bank to ask if we could be assisted with a recall and I was advised that if the account is closed the money should bounce back into our business bank account after 7 workings days. Today marks 9 working days and the money has not bounced implying that the account is not closed. I’m currently struggling to receive confirmation from them as to the status of bank account into which we deposited the money. They’ve provided us with a vague answer which one can conclude that the bank account is actually still open and that they’re just trying to enrich themselves. And having read others’ reviews on how they’ve been ****med by Charlim Consulting I have no hope that they will refund the money and that we may as well take it as having been ****med by them.
