Horrible Service / ****

Ordered Ipanema shoes about 2 months ago, after 2 weeks I haven't received any feedback regarding the tracking of my parcel. I emailed them and asked them to cancel my order and refund me, that was more than a month ago and still haven't received any money back and they are not responding to my emails.

This feels like a ****.
