poor customer service

I was so embarrassed at charlie's superspar in Dundee treated like some kind of cheap ***** they couldn"t even take me to a decent private place to discuss the matter. 1stbwhen i enter their shop with may plastic mask not a face shield the mask i've entered many shops without any complications or complaints i have to return to my car to change the mask since they want cloth mask as i was shopping my daughter mistakenly broke some soy source bottle of which i didn't even notice as i was finish to pay they just called me demanding that i should pay for it and my daughter was so devastated and traumatised with her eyes full of tears next to me i felt like some kind of ***** until they check their camera and realise it was not done on purpose as my daughter was just turning around and it hook in her skirt as she said and that i was not aware of the issue they really have poor service they should have called us into a private place sat us down like decent people i've been the customer for many years and all customers should be treated equally and be treated with some kind of some respect they customer service is very important at some point a cake for my daughter they wrote a wrong name on the cake and i only realised when i got home i never gave them hard time i just let it slipped they really put me and my 6year daughter in awkward position with people looking at us like we have ****** something i will never ever do my shopping in that place they really take people for granted and i will never ever set my foot in Dundee charlies spar they very rude for my liking and for being managers for that matter i can imagine how hard it might be for their workers after they reviewed the camera they didn't even bother to apologise
