Dundee Charlie's superspar

I grew up in this town its very sad to see what our local Spar has become, you have security that has no shame to be rude to customers, you have a manager with no patience with customers by the name of Charl Malherbe who flat out told us we are wasting his time as we were asking him our concerns. Your security does not know how to address customers, your manager doesn't care about customer service. When questioned to what good reason will you need to put away a clothing bag from Mr price that had jewelry in a parcel counter when you just in and out the reasons where " because we have the right of admission", mind you Spar does not sell any clothing items but for some reason you have to walk all the way to put a plastic in a parcel counter just so you can grab bread from the Spar, Charl Malherbe went as far as telling we can go shop elsewhere instead of wasting his time.

I will not bother myself ever shopping in the Dundee Charlie's superspar after this, and will definitely use my powers to bring this to the franchise spars attention.
