****** AND HATE SPEECH

My Fiancé and I are getting married this weekend, so we opted for a mini getaway from our family, looked up Guesthouses on Internet search and opted for a 1 night stay at this "Guesthouse" as the ratings seem great

We communicated that we would check in well before check in time discussed

Upon arrival, we were met with a clearly intoxicated individual, who hadn't prepared for our arrival. We enquired if we could order in food via a delivery service and he suggested we take a walk as the area was 'very safe'. We found this strange as the comments he made were very personal and not in the capacity of business...

We shared a brief conversation outside as to our decision on our getaway for the evening, he seemed like a nice chap

Upon entering his residence, he had a guest over and he'd clearly looked like he had too much to drink. The lack of privacy didn't help either as we don't know this person and his visitor, our safety was compromised. We were seated and filling out forms, the conversation moved along into our professions, we mentioned that we were owners of a Driving Academy, to which he got personal in our Business affairs

We had different perspectives on the situation surroundingprotests in our industry where i shared our perspectiveas to what was teally going on, to which he clearly expressed his views on how our industry was one of ***** and shared his views of propaganda

We found this to be very unprofessional, trying to reason with an individual with micro aggression, he spoiled the whole mood as it got too personal for our liking

We decided that we wouldn't stay over as the tensions of his unprofessional behavior, a rude, ****** and drunk individual, we opted for a Road Lodge accommodation 22:00 @ night

Fortunately for us, we live in Alberton, but what would've happened had we come from another province???

Pathetic service!!!

How does one run a business with this kind of attitude??? Is the 5Star ratings from people of color??

Highly appalled and we would like to be refunded!!!

Wouldn't recommend his services to anyone looking to book in future, absolutely energy draining experience
