Charley's Boxes is really just disgusting

I have no words for these people honestly. They were the nicest people to work with when I signed up. I signed up for a three-month subscription - which mind you ended with my 3-month-old getting toys that were for the age range 3 - 5-year-olds. The toys that were sent literally had a label that said not safe for children under 3!! I tried contacting them to raise my concerns, I was just told it should be fine because the person hat makes the boxes chose it! When I tried to cancel after the third month, they told me no I have to give a 30-day notice so I have to pay for the 4th month. After the 4th month, they debited me again, with no explanation except "sorry we don't know what happened", this is now month 6th and I was debited again! So month after month these people are debiting me for something I clearly do not want anymore but they couldn't care less that they are taking money from someone that is not theirs! So every month I have to the runaround with these people!! It's honestly just disgusting because now that I am no longer subscribed, nobody could care less and I am just not being assisted!!!!
