Charles Somanje is the Worst Electrical Service Provider in SA

I enlisted the service of Charles Solar & Water Projects (based in Edenvale JHB ) to provide a Solar Solution for my home, needless to say it was the worst decision I've made in my life... I paid him a deposit to secure the equipment and after 4 months of relentless calling, stressing and anxiety it finally got installed but even then it did not work according to what he advised or agreed it would... He advised that the equipment should provide alternative power for at least 15 to 18 hours, this is not to be, I can only get 4 hours if I'm lucky... I have contacted him numerous times to rectify/replace the faulty equipment but all I got was empty promises, unanswered calls and unreturned calls.

He comes across as a God fearing, trustable and humble individual to lure clients in, but unbeknown to anyone it's just a ploy to **** you out of you hard worked money...

This service provider does not know the meaning of punctuality nor customer satisfaction, I firmly believe that he is providing 2nd hand faulty equipment to unaware people

Please beware of this service provider as he is all about excuses, non delivery and empty promises
