REFUSE TO EXCHANGE A PAIR OF SHOE DUE TO FACTORY DEMANGE

<p>I bought a pair of shoes for mt fiance at the Pavilion outlet in durban and a month later i returned it due to a peel off which happened on the heal of the shoes. Manager refused to change the shoes for another pair. mind you im a constant shopper at the outlet the staff knows me i buy shoes for my finance every month there even on the day of returning the shoes i was there to buy a bag for her. </p> <p> </p> <p>im truly unhappy with the way they handled the matter. </p> <p> </p> <p>i have left the shoes with them and told then i wont be taking them back until they are will to exchange them for her as i had bought them as a birthday gift and she loved them. </p> <p> </p> <p>So if they would rather loose a client and loyal customer who buys on cash and no credit its fine by me. </p>
