Purchase denial and bad service

Today I went to purchase a new pair of shoes at the Charles &Keith store in Pmb Liberty Midlands mall , at the till I was assisted by a lady called Pretty Daniels she swiped my card and then it asked for a card number which I gladly gave her .. in the middle of the transaction she stop and then called another lady to confirm if she can continue with the transaction.. the lady by the name of Melanie Singh came out and said NO she mustn’t continue with the transaction without her seeing the card and without my card being declined.. asked why she rudely said they dnt take those cards they suspect ***** and I said it’s my gift card I have paid with it at foschini,exact, sportscene etc and she just ignored me to the discomfort of other customers .. I asked to see the manager she ignored me then asked for the regional manager contact details or someone who can assist me she refused and said I must leave the shop .. I left the shop without the shoes I wanted just because someone refused to swipe my card and i need someone to look into this and contact me as I still need to buy these shoes and with my card as I have done so before
