NON-DELIVERY OVER A MONTH WAITING FOR SHOES

On 30 January 2016 at 18h30 I visited the store in Canal Walk. I found a pair of shoes that i loved but the store did not have my size. After checking the computer, I was told that Centurion had a pair and that I could have the shoes delivered to Canal Walk. I paid my R50 and was told the shoes would be delivered between 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called the store and it seemed nobody knew anything about the shoes, but my name was in the book. I was then told that the shoes would be sourced from Durban and that it would be at the store by the following week. Another two weeks passed without a word from the store. On the 27th I called and asked to speak to the store manager Nomvuyo. After another long delay I was called back by Nomvuyo who confirmed the shoes would be delivered by Wednesday 2 March. Again I did not receive any calls from the store and decided to visit the store yesterday. Surprise surprise, still no shoes. I cannot believe how *********** your staff are!! Its one pair of shoes! and to make matters worst, every other person who also ordered shoes have received their shoes! is this the service you provide your customers?
