Lack of follow-up&incorrect disapproval of new acc

My account has not been approved because the call centre agent lies about not getting hold of my work to confirm employment.<br> I app**** for a new account in May 2015, and when making follow-up with the new accounts call centre I was advised that my account approval is pending because they cannot get hold of my work to confirm my employment. I then provided them with the correct direct number for our HR generalist the 8th/9th June 2015. The company phones are able to display call details, i.e. missed calls. received calls. I confirmed with the HR Generalist that she never received a call from Foschini Group. I think i have been speaking to the same person every time i call, her name is Biance
