Injured at store-no action taken by the store

On the 24 Oct 2018 my wife visited the above store at Canal Walk shopping centre to buy shoes. She got injured on her leg ,cut by a metal in the shop and she bled. The lady at the store helped her with first aid and also mentioned that she is not the first to get injured there. The manager on duty told her to contact their head office and report the matter to Toni Parfett at Foshini group. My wife sent an email the same day and there was no response 24 hrs later. I then called the store asking them why is it our responsibility to report to their office and not them. They were surprised that Toni didn't respond and promised to follow up , 48 hours later still no response. I called the store again and demanded a meeting with Toni and was told that was not possible and they will follow up and ask her to call my wife, that didn't happen. Warren Darly called my wife 3days later and promised to address the matter and send a form to fill in and compensate her with a voucher. Nothing happened , no contact was made with her again after than till today. We have decided to seek legal advice on the matter.
