Good service

A few weeks ago i purchased something from Charles and Keith but was double charged. Pinky was so helpful in trying to resolve the issue. She kept me updated, and tried her best to liase with head office to do the refund. <br> <br> While getting through to the Foshini head office (banking matching) department is a nightmare, when I finally got through, the gentleman who assisted with the refund was really efficient, and resolved the matter to my convenience, which I really appreciate. <br> <br> Thanks for the good service, and keep it up!
