Faulty belt

<p>My partner me bought a belt and shoes from Charles & Keith Liberty Midlands Mall. After wearing the belt a couple a times (in a space of 3weeks ) the belt stopped buckling up. It would literally fall off the buckle and it one happened during a meeting. Very embarrasing to say the least. Charles & Keith items come with a hefty price tag and the same amount of craftsmanship should ve app**** in making those items. The shoes I absolutely adore and are the most comfortable pair I own but the belt... </p> <p>My partner and I have gone to the store 3 times over 2 months now and Melanie , the store manager, inspected the belt and said it shouldnt be happening especially since its new she said she will escalate the complaint and call us. She has done neither. Instead everytime we go back she tells us that theres nothing she can do and is starting to lose her patience with us and getting rude. I mean how hard can it be to just give us an update. Kindly assist, clearly she has no intention of doing so. </p>
