********* Charles&Keith policies!!!

Friday 2 March 2018, I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter, cash at Charles & Keith Midlands mall. The shoes unfortunately did not fit her. I had to go back to the store on 04/03/2018 to request a bigger size. Unfortunately they did not have. Pretty (sales lady) indicated that they also did not have cash to give me at the time. I looked for another shoe in store and I found one that was a higher price than what I had bought and hence had to top up and I used my bank card. I went home only to find the make of the shoe still was not right for my daughter's feet hence I sent her and my brother to the store to exchange the shoe. Little did I know that Charles &Keith has an unwritten policy that they do not make exchanges twice. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was none in store but they would call her/him. Upon speaking to the manager I was told that they will do me a favour and allow me to take a shoe of a higher price or something of the same value. I asked them to give me a gift voucher and they flatly disagreed. What kind of nonsense is that? What store refuses to take back their own shoes on the same day of purchase? Undamaged! Still in original packaging! I am now stuck with an uncomfortable expensive shoe that I do not want. You have a lost a cash paying customer because of your stinking, no care for customer, attitude. This is completely *******.
