Charles & Keith mall of the south
Charles & Keith mall of the south!! I had purchased 2 bags and 2 Perseus. When I got home I noticed the bag was that I had asked for was not the bag I got. Went back to the store to fix the sales persons mistake and wow they didn’t want to exchange the bag or help.
I am a regular customer to Charles and Keith and speak highly of thier bags but the service I received today was terrible. I will not go back to Charles and Keith mall of the south until matters are fix by head office. I am quite disappointed in there service!!!
