Bad service

12 July I went to a Charles and Keith store in Highveld mall for a pair of shoes sadly I couldn't find my size, so 1 of the shop assistant adviced me to pay R50 so that they can order my size from Riverside mall which I did and I was told that it will take just a week or 2 but up to this day I'm still waiting and they haven't called as they have promised, Today I decided to go and check at their store again and when I got there I got the worst attitude where I was told that Riverside isn't picking up the phone and when I tried to ask further information the shop assistant just left me standin there.
