BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & DESIGN DEFECT.

Bought one of their high heel shoe and noted it had a design defect resulted the stitches at the front part of the cuboid bone area where it involved bending when we walk was tearing apart. Am wearing less than 5 times and bought this less than a month and wore it mostly on a carpeted floor. Wrote to their customer service and been told that this is a wear and tear and refused to exchange. Their customer service should get their facts right and be careful in their reply. Sound ridiculous that a branded shoe is unable to withstand a normal wearing less than 5 times. From now onwards will not even look at their shoe & bag anymore. Furthermore they should improve their customer service level or they will lose business . Pls be careful ladies.
