Charles edwards properties

I am extremely disappointed with the management team at Charles Edwards Properties. They do not hold tenants accountable for paying rent on time, and their screening process is clearly unreliable. I don’t understand how they completed credit checks and approved a tenant who has only paid on time twice in the five months he has been renting my property.

To make matters worse, the finance department pays me, the landlord, in shortfall. When I raise concerns or ask for clarity, Charles shifts the blame onto his team in an attempt to cover for his wife, who manages the company’s finances.

I am still waiting for outstanding payments they owe me, as well as this month’s rental and the additional amount due. Their service is unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unacceptable.

Worst property management company I have ever dealt with. I absolutely do not recommend using Charles Edwards Properties to manage your property.
