Eff off charlie

You may recognize this name and also had a run in with him, most unpleasant. His modus operandi is to annoy you on the road by deliberately blocking you and not allowing you to pass, typical bully boy tactics. I seems he did not get his way on the race track and then takes out his frustrations on other road users. Then when you get angry and call him an a hole, which he deserves, he then runs you off the road and assaults you. This is SR, by the way. I hope he is actually dead already, making the world a better place.
