Charles Barnard Sinoville Pretoria

I bought a Daewoo Matiz from Mr Charles Barnard, he told me the car is put trough the test, and he will bring me the Spare Tyre, and the car had a service the aircon and the radio is working. He was suppose to come and fix the driving seat the Speedo Clock is not working after 2 days of driving. I don't get anything out of him and I paid him R27 000! Don't buy a car from him ever!
