Charl Verster was contracted to put up a fence at my property. I cancelled the contract with him when he was not delivering as promised. He moved his shop and still trades from that address according to his website. Nobody knows where he is and he even owes the landlord utility bills.<br> <br> I am issuing him a summons and will appear in court soon.
