Extremely bad service

I, Morne van Eeden took my Jeep to Mr van der Walt after being referred to him by DASTEK on 16 November 2015. I drove my Jeep to his shop in a driving condition. Only the Turbo was whistling and it did not have a lot of power steering. The arrangement was that he would fix the Turbo, Wheel bearings and Injectors and Diesel pump, service and battery fastened, replaced the Turbo pipe and closing the bonnet.<br> After he looked at the Jeep he suggested that the Diff is replaced on which I agreed, I EFT him R22 000 as a deposit and on the day of delivery I paid another R7550 cash and never received a receipt. Now my Jeep has over heated and it does not drive at all. He refuse to assist in any way. So I threw R29 7550 in the water excluding the rental car I had to use. He is becoming nasty now and we can not afford to be without a vehicle for we have three children. No water and not enough oil was put into my Jeep, that is the reason for it collapsings rings. <br> We are in a big jam and would appreciate it if anybody could help us. please
