Wet and crumb brickets

I bought a 4kg packet of instabricks from Checkers today

Upon arrival at home I opened the packet to start a fire but was greeted by a BAD odour and WET brickets! The packet itself was not defective and not sure how it got wet? The brackets itself crumbled in my hand and was unusable

I unfortunately threw the slip away as I was leaving Checkers not thinking I would need it

Checkers refused to refund me without proof of payment

This is product is a complete waste of money !

I expect better from a proudly South African product
