Poor quality - new name

<p>We were having a braai on Saturday and upon opening our bag of Charka we have just purchased i discovered that 90% of the supposedly briquettes is nothing more than broken pieces.</p> <p>I'm not sure if it from being mishandled by the store or if it is received in such a poor quality but looking at the bag it wasn't handled badly as the packaging looked to be in goog nick.</p> <p>I have always been a supporter of your product even if there is cheaper products on the market because I have always believed Charka to be a superior quality product to the rest but as of late I am starting to doubt that strongly as it is not the first time I have experienced this poor quality.</p> <p>Attached is photo's of what I opened the bag too and going further down into the bag it just got worse. So I have spent R80 on a bag of Charka which ended up to be useless half bag of crumbs which I could not use.</p> <p>Pease look into this matter as if the quality of your product continues to drop in this matter in sure your clientele will do the same.</p>
