SHAMPOO LADY WASH MY HAIR LIKE I WAS A DOG

I would never ever go to Charisma (102 Edward Street, Bellville) ever Again. The shampoo lady Thombi washed my hair like I was a dog. She did not take the hair clips out my hair nor did she set the water temperature before putting it on my head so she burnt my skull. I told her she's hurting me she just pressed my neck against the wash basin. Even another customer saw this I'll treatment. Funny enough how when she washed another women's hair she washed it nicely BUT THEY LADY WAS A WHITE LADY. Just want to thank Thombi for treating me like I was a dog. I really appreciated it
