Disappointing Brazilian blow out treatment

My Brazilian blow out experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this salon to others. I literally cried at the salon while charisma tried to justify the reason for the Brazilian not working on my hair. The lady who done my hair had the audacity to tell me that I am being emotional after expressing my dissatisfaction. I was so distorted at the salon that I did not want them to redo my hair. A regretful R800 wasted at this salon. I’ll be going to a back yard salon who did my hair before with a Brazilian blow out and gave me better results just to prove charisma a point. The photos attached is 7 days without a wash after I got the Brazilian.
