Bad client service

I had made a hair Appointment a few weeks in advance as this salon is always busy, but the day of my appointment i get an email stating that the hairdresser is ill and no-one else in their salon can assist me. Taking into consideration that people fall ill, but not being able to assist that persons clients is not good client service. This has now become an inconvenience to my schedule as i had to already make myself available for their open dates. I would not rely on this company in future and i most certainly wouldn't buy a voucher for their salon again.
