Very poor service

Unfortunately would not recommend this company. Before placing my order I phoned the store and explained that I’m pressed for time and therefor need confirmation on whether they will be able to assist me with the products I want the order before a certain time. The lady assured me that this would be possible for this reason I want ahead and placed my order. After a week and 2 days (4 days before I required the products) I send a mail to follow up and got reply that they will contact factory for confirmation and will get back to me which they never did. The next day (Tuesday) I tried phoning them but couldn’t get through. I send another mail to follow up, again no reply, I then went to the website chat section and found that they were extremely rude and never gave me an answer. Just kept telling me to go have a look at the website and see what the manufactured times are and before I could even explain that I did confirm that order will be done before placing my order the chat was just ended. This happened about 3 times. On Wednesday I again followed up and was told that they will be shipping my order on Thursday. On Thursday I requested for tracking number and was told that they will only ship order on Friday due to cold weather. On Friday I explained that I needed the order by the date specified beforehand and they agreed to refund me. Found that it was initially very easy for me to get feedback from them but after order was placed this took a 180 degree turn.
