Poor delivery service
I am so disappointed in this company I have order my jewelry on 20 Jan 2020 and they informed me that my parcel will be delivered early next week its next week and still I have received no communication I emailed again this morning and they informed end of the week this is the first time that I have ordered at charis jewelry and I am very unhappy

28 Jan 2020, 11:48 This order was for a personalized photo item that requires four working days for manufacture and 1-2 days processing. A box had to be ticked by the customer to confirm above. Today is the sixth day & the parcel will leave our office via our courier today with overnight delivery. Commitment honoured.
