PATHETIC IS NOT THE WORD

Pathetic service. I will never order anything from them again and will not recommend Charis Jewelry SA to anybody. You place an order, a week later they let you know that one of the items is out of stock, you change the order and then after more than a month and numerous emails you have not received your order. Only when you tell them you want to cancel the order, they phone you and email you to let you know the order will go out today. Thank but no thanks. My order was Christmas gifts for my daughter's teachers. I am upset, my daughter is upset and I promised something special to her teachers for Christmas. Thank you for nothing!
