Not getting what you ordered.
I ordered a bracelet for my husband. Their website said the length would be 22cm. I asked that there be a message engraved on as well. When i received the bracelet it was just under 20cm long and the message was embossed and not engraved. When i contacted them i received and email stating that they took the same bracelet and stretched it out and it was 22cm long. No idea how you stretch stainless steel. And that was it.
No over to add links to make the bracelet longer. Nothing. There customer service is terrible and they don't even try and assist their customers.
