Friendly service

I ordered a gift from them and received it within the specified time. Their confirmation emails were not coming through to me though, I am not sure why, but when I called to confirm if my order was received. I was promptly assisted (sorry I dont remember the name of the person) and my order was delivered to by door. Thank you.
