I had a delay issue with my order. I was contacted by Marcell who is the owner of Charis. Such a remarkable human being who apologised prefusely and offered a gift at no extra charge for the little girl who the order was meant for. I must admit that I've never seen such kindness and humanity in a long time. I am completely heartened by Marcell 's generosity. Instead of providing me with one gift I was blown away by the five beautiful pieces of jewellery that was added to the order.
