Charis Jewelery SA, Customer Service Fail, NOT stainless steel

Having bought a Christmas present for my mom, I received a connector charm that was short a connector. It then tarnished within a few months. After sending this information through to the supplier, I was advised that "the jewellery is wear and tear". Shocking service. Won't be purchasing from them again. Further, despite the enormous costs of some of the products, there is a two month return policy. This is not "stainless steel" jewellery.
