Best Service ever!!!!!!!

All I can say about Charis is WOW!!!!!!!!! I placed my order on the 01-04-2022 and it was delivered the Monday ahead of schedule on the 04-04-2022 as it was a weekend, Unfortunately, the bracelet arrived broken at my office. The amazing thing is I only got back to my office yesterday 12-04-2022 as I was away on business and noticed the issue. I contacted their offices, and a friendly lady was there to reassure me the problem would be rectified. I had to send a quick email with my story and some photos. Not even 1 hour later I had a response apologising for the broken bracelet and that they would be replacing it and that the order has already been packed and sent to me. Incredibly the order arrived today the 13-04-2022. I order a lot of things online as it just suite my lifestyle and have to say this is up on the top of my list as one of the best services, I have ever received from an online store ever. Anyone thinking about using this company they shouldn’t just order and be amazed at how well these guys treat their customers. Well done to the team and management that make up Charis what a pleasure it has been to deal with you. Thank you so much. Ill be back for sure.
