I recently used ChargepointSA to install an EV home charger for my new Chery Tiggo 8 Pro PHEV, and I am incredibly impressed with their service.From the initial consultation to the final handover, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They helped me choose the right setup for my hybrid, ensuring optimal charging speeds so my Tiggo 8 is always ready to go on pure electric power.The installation itself was exceptionally neat. The technicians took the time to route the cabling discreetly, left the workspace spotless, and thoroughly tested the unit before leaving. They also took the time to show me how to use the charger properly and monitor my vehicle's charging status.It is great to find a reliable company in South Africa specializing in EV infrastructure. Very helpful advise saved me thousands!
Really good experience with these guys from the advice, to choosing a charger, so when i approached them i had not actually purchaded my car, at some level i dont even think the dealer knew what they were doing so Chargepoint really help me and advised me on the car purchase process too, and was able to get a discount from their dealer network even if it was just a few thousand i was grateful, so long story short, there was no way i was going to use anyone else to install my charger, being who i am i got a few other quotes, the one company tried to sell me a cheaper version of a charger to make their quote cheaper, and when i asked then they could install they then changed the price, and the other was none responsive, very helpful and professional team Thank you so much for your help guys
