Worst restaurant service

<p>We went to CHARANGOS for a late dinner, table was booked for 8 30. We ordered almost immediately. Our starters took an hour and 15 minutes to come and they did not all arrive at the same time. Eventually over 2 hours later our main course arrived, also at different times and my husbands lamb chops were totally raw so he could not eat them and had to stop for a take away on route home. As much as we complained and moaned to the 'manager' of the restaurant, he told us how unacceptable it was but nonetheless it never helped. When the bill arrived they could not even take off the drinks. Disgusting experience - will never go back to a once loved restaurant charangas</p>
